Customer Success Manager

Role requirements:

• In-person work at our headquarters: Purdue Technology Center, 3000 Kent Ave, West Lafayette, IN 47906
• Access to consistent transportation to and from the office

Eligibility requirements:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time
  • Must be authorized to work on ITAR restricted products

Responsibilities

• Proactive, regular communication with Company Executives.
• Utilizing a CRM, manage and prioritize inbound sales hits and answer common questions
  • Generate quotes around requested equipment.
  • Schedule meetings with inbound leads
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to support company growth and objectives.
  • Following up with current customers to check in
  • Coordinate the return of aircraft for maintenance and repairs
  • Coordinate sales and upgrades with existing customers
• Coordinate and schedule demos of the system

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in customer success
• Government sales experience
• Prior experience managing CRMs
• Organized, Flexible, coachable
• Enjoys sUAS (Drones)
• Public Safety / First Responder Background
• Professional appearance and manner
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment and multitask
• Comfortable communicating via email and phone
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills

Expected hours:

• Full time - Exempt
• 40-45 hr / wk

Who are we looking for?

As a customer success manager you would be a named resource for Uniform Sierra Aerospace’s customer interactions. You will become a trusted advisor and build deep relationships with our customers that fosters feedback and open discussions around the technology and capabilities, while keeping focus on their use case and needs. You will act as the point of contact for any major incidents, repairs or upgrades around fielded systems, as well as, be responsible for managing expectations and communications throughout the process.

About Us

Uniform Sierra was founded in 2021 by two students at Purdue University to provide adaptable, affordable, U.S. built drone hardware to business and government clients. Since its founding, Uniform Sierra has served both Federal and State agencies through products like the Arrowhead - Tactical indoor sUAS and various training and contracting projects.
