Board of Directors
Purdue Research Foundation (PRF) is a nonprofit corporation governed by 16 individuals who serve on a board of directors that meets quarterly to manage the business and affairs of the corporation, to prescribe and enforce policies, and to guide the corporation in achieving its objectives.
Other standing committees of the board include an executive committee, a nominating committee, a compensation committee, and a finance/audit committee.
Corporate Officers
Purdue Research Foundation prepares its budget in consultation with the president of Purdue. The corporation's fiscal year ends on June 30.
All of the foundation's corporate officers serve one-year terms with the exception of the Chairman of the Board.
