Responsibilities

  • Enter information in the Advancement CRM system (Advance).
  • Produce reports and lists of donor/alumni information.
  • Develop content and prepare correspondence to be sent to alumni, donors, and others.
  • Support activities of the office, including but not limited to event details for home football games, the annual Donor Dinner, the Polytechnic Career Fair, regional receptions, and the annual Alumni Awards celebrations.
  • Complete project-based assignments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Strong organization and planning skills.
  • Independent thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Exceptional time management.
  • Must be dependable and able to use discretion regularly in disseminating highly sensitive information about University stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Other:

  • Hourly rate:  $8
  • Hours:  8-10 per week
